The Center was established at LIN SB RAS on the basis of the Fleet Management Department (FMD).

LIN SB RAS is developing facilities and staffing for the Center.

The Center is headed by Ruslan Gnatovskiy (gnat@lin.irk.ru)

The Center operates a fleet including four research vessels: “G.Yu. Vereshchagin”, “Akademik V.A. Koptyug”, “G. Titov”, and “I.D. Papanin” stationed at the Listvyanka settlement.
