The “Mendeleev Card” project has been launched to support talented young people

The Department of State Policy in the Sphere of Scientific and Technological Development of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Department) informs that the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, together with the Coordination Council for Youth Affairs in the Scientific and Educational Spheres of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for Science and Education, at the initiative of the All-Russian political party “United Russia”, has launched a project to support talented young people called “Mendeleev Card”.

The “Mendeleev Card” is a loyalty program that allows students, winners and laureates of student Olympiads, as well as postgraduates and young scientists, to receive discounts and other benefits from partner companies, including major transport operators, state corporations, scientific organizations, online schools, gym chains, pharmacies, cafes, medical centers, and cultural and leisure institutions.
