On May 15, 2025, the V Baikal Ecological Dictation was held at LIN SB RAS

The V Baikal ecological dictation was held on May 15, 2025, in honor of the Year of Defender of the Fatherland and the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. There was a livestream from LIN SB RAS. With 10,250 participants from 33 locations, including new Russian territories, the V Baikal ecological dictation became the largest in the project`s history by coverage and a record by number of regions joined.

With support of the general sponsor, Irkutsk Oil Company LLC, the dictation was organized by Irkutsk regional branch of the All-Russian Society for the Conservation of Natural Resources and LIN SB RAS. The government of Irkutsk region, the ministry of education, of natural resources and ecology, of local culture, and prominent environmental and educational organizations all participated.

The results of the Baikal dictation will be assessed on May 27 and published on the website of Irkutsk branch of the All-Russian Society for the Conservation of Natural Resources. The best participants will receive diplomas, and the organizers of regional sites will receive letters of thanks.
